Applicant service

Just as in Europe, also in the EAC countries it is compulsory to choose an Applicant.
The applicant is a legal body registered on the Customs Union guaranteeing certified products. 
It is in fact the declaring body that is responsible for the conformity of certified products and must be available for requests or complaints from end users.

This service can be provided by a legal person or an individual entrepreneur who owns a registered office in an EAEU State: it can therefore be represented either by a distributor or direct customer of the foreign manufacturer or by a company providing the service, such as Expert Cert.

Expert Cert can take on the role of declaring body for the products, issuing the necessary number of delegations to enable you to be the commercial network in countries without countries.
IN THE FIRST CASE
That is, with a distributor as the applicant — the latter will be the channel through which the certified goods must be imported into the EAC territory; it will therefore also have the power to grant (or deny) delegations to other companies with which the producers want to collaborate and, consequently, need the certification of conformity to import the goods.
IN THE SECOND CASE
That is, with Expert Cert or a certifying body as applicant — the manufacturer can bypass any conflict of interest that would arise in the first scenario: Expert Cert can take on the role of declaring body for the products, issuing the necessary number of delegations to enable you to be the commercial network in countries without countries.
